Puerto Plata.- The Administrative Minister of the Presidency, José Ignacio Paliza, exhausted this Saturday an extensive agenda in the province of Puerto Plata, where he delivered contributions that reach 90 million pesos for the execution of different works for the benefit of the community.The Municipal Council received funds for RD 39,351,000 for the acquisition of various garbage collection trucks, while the Bishopric of Puerto Plata delivered RD 40 million for the remodeling of the José Briceño stadium.Regarding this latest initiative, Minister Paliza expressed the importance of promoting sports and culture in the communities, which is why "today we are fulfilling the word promised by President Luis Abinader, who a few weeks ago visited the stadium on the initiative of the person who speak and many of you,” he added.In the municipality of Montellano, together with the National Health Service (SNS), Paliza donated an ambulance, which constitutes a great advance in terms of health for the community.The official also took a contribution in a release check for RD 3,323,000 to the Hogar Escuela Luisa Ortea for the construction of the perimeter fence and the repair of its roof.Similarly, a release check for RD 1,000,000 was delivered to the Respectable Restoration Lodge no.11 for the adaptation and reinforcement of its structure.“These contributions are a support to the municipality;it is the first time that a government helps the municipality with projects and equipment;the main avenues have been intervened”, he affirmed.Finally, Minister Paliza, accompanied by local authorities, toured the Municipal Market to monitor the progress of the work carried out there.Present at the various activities were Governor Claritza Rochette;Senator Ginette Bournigal;the Minister of Sports, Francisco Camacho;the administrative and financial deputy minister, Igor Rodríguez;Deputy Emil Durán;Mayor Roquelito García and other personalities.Presidency of the Dominican Republic National Palace, Avenida México corner Dr. Delgado, Gascue, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic · 809.695.8000
